Pinky's adventures in the subway and at the museum in Moscow – Late November 2019
Pinky is still in Moscow, where she is having a really great time with her host Anastasia! Here's an account of her latest adventures : « Hi! I took Pinky to explore the Russian subway! :) On our way to the Moscow museum, we visited Парк победы (Park pobedy - Victory park), Киевская (Kiyevskaya - well, two of them on different lines) and Парк культуры (Park kultury - Culture park). Moscow Metro was opened in 1935. It consisted of 13 stations and only one line. It was the first ever subway in the Soviet Union. This time we visited one of the deepest stations in the world - Park pobedy. Although, we didn't witness the escalator because we only went there for the transition to another line... Fact: Moscow Metro is one of the busiest ones in the world! I think the most crowded station I usually go to is Kiyevskaya because it's also a train station to the Oblast' (the Suburbs).
